Play with Paraorchestra: Application form

Play with Paraorchestra is a new project for young musicians, who identify as disabled, have special educational needs or access requirements, offering them the experience of being a musician playing on a Paraorchestra project. Over the course of a two day workshop in July 2025 a small group of young musicians will explore a range of musical styles, with a blend of acoustic and electronic sound worlds, working alongside professional Paraorchestra musicians.

Please complete this application form if you are a young musician aged 18 - 25 and would like to apply for Play with Paraorchestra in July 2025. 

If you are applying with a video application, please fill out your main details on the application form below and include a link to your video application in the space provided. 

You can share your video in any of the following ways:

  • Share via a link to a shared drive such as Google Drive or Dropbox
