Biography
Tom Heap has been reporting on science and the environment for 25 years. But presenting the weekly Climate Show on Sky is back to his roots as he began his broadcasting career as a sound man when Sky News was born in 1989. He left for journalist training at the BBC and worked in news and documentaries there for the next 20 years.
He still reports for Countryfile on BBC1 and Costing the Earth on Radio 4.
The team at the Climate Show aim to show the excitement and peril bound up in this critical subject.
Outside work, Tom likes to hike, bike, chop wood, grow chillies and watch movies.
