Biography

Mario J. Muñoz-Batista has received his BS degree in Chemical Engineering (2009) from the CUJAE University of Havana, Master degree (2011) from the Autonoma University of Madrid and PhD (2015) from the Institute of Catalysis and Petrochemistry (ICP) - Spanish National Research Council. His research interests focus on the synthesis and characterization of new materials for catalysis (photodegradation-, photoreforming-, reforming, H2 production-reaction, among others) as well as the design and modelling of reactors. He has co-authored more than 90 papers in high-level journals as Angewandte Chemie, ACS Catalysis, Applied Catalysis B, Journal of Catalysis, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Catalysis Science & Technology, Chemical Engineering Journal and Catalysis Today.
