Situated in the city centre, just a 90-second walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, The Reach at Piccadilly features a chic and captivating design, with 215 impressive guest rooms, eight suites and a ground-floor restaurant & bar: Lock 84. The Reach at Piccadilly lends its design influence to the city’s rich industrial heritage. Located on Ducie Street, the 11-storey building towers over the Rochdale Canal, which was once used to transport coal across the city; the hotel’s bespoke concept and decor draws much inspiration from this locale. A year ago today, and as proud as punch we opened our doors for the first time. We had a fair old journey to get there, but the day had finally come! Our first guest arrived at 2pm, with no idea he was the first ever guest arrived The Reach at Piccadilly, Manchester - A Tribute Portfolio Hotel. He was really tired, having flown from the US and had no idea it was our opening day, let alone he was the first ever guest. Fast forward a year, and what a journey it’s been. 57,000 guests later, an I still couldn’t be prouder. The feedback we continue to get amazes me every day, with the greatest story of all being that the feedback in large is about our our team, coupled with with great design and location. What a combination! I’ve got so much gratitude to people, but none more so than our team. You continue to smash it, I’m super proud, and thank you. The day has finally come that I can share the news that we are opening The Reach at Piccadilly, Manchester - A Tribute Portfolio Hotel on Tuesday 9th July It’s fair to say the journey has been long, but as the old saying goes, ‘The Best Things come to those who wait’, and trust me this is well worth the wait! I have absolute confidence that guests coming to the hotel will fall in love with the hotel as much as we have, and on behalf of us all I can’t wait to welcome you! This is the fourth Tribute Portfolio property in the UK, and is an excellent addition! We have a whole list of people to show gratitude to, but none more than our amazing owners – Molo Hotel Group, and our Franchise Partners – Marriott International. Their unwavering support has been instrumental in bringing this project to fruition.
