Social Good Through Bikes

What we do

Community Bike Workshops

We run community bike shops in Dun Laoghaire and Crumlin, in partnership with local councils.

Our aim is to make cycling accessible to as many people as possible in local communities through our accessible fleets, bike repairs, volunteering and training.

Upcyclers

We partner with organisations that support people in direct provision, experiencing homelessness, and children in DEIS schools to provide free upcycled bicycles.

Volunteer to help give bikes to help people get around, and learn how to care for your own bike.

Accessible Bikes & Community Cargo Bikes

We have all sorts of bikes to suit any people including tandems, tricycles, wheel chair platform bikes and cargo bikes. Take a look at the fleet and see if there’s one that suits you.

If you can’t cycle yourself, with Cycling Without Age, we have trishaws with trained, volunteer pilots who can bring you for a spin!

Schools

We run programmes for schools to teach kids the basics of bike mechanics, and deliver training sessions on safe cycling.

We have a standard selection of courses, or they can be tailored to your group. Get in touch to find out more.
