🚀 These six apprentices just became the leaders of our C&A store in Hamburg Meile. Why? With our Future Leader Program, a training specifically tailored for apprentices in their first and second year, our young talents get the unique opportunity to lead one store as a team for six months. The concept is simple, but with great effect. It builds on self-organization and thus allows creative solutions beyond conventional boundaries. “The speed of development and learning in this program is amazing. Within no time, the young colleagues develop new skills. They are becoming a strong team and driving success together,” explains Jule Wohlers, HR Business Partner. 🚀 Fostering young talents When things get tricky, the Future Leaders find support from Store Leader Beate Dellinger and Group Store Lead Mark Paul Kenter-Timmer. He explains: “We want to nurture and challenge our young talents. We are proud that we can offer such a unique project which forms a strong basis for making them fit for the future. Of course, we keep an eye on the group but allow them to have their own experiences. If they need us, we are there any time.” On top of that, the group of four receives coaching and training from Maria Kouch and Rhonda Bortey to further develop their skills. 🚀 We love togetherness! Our Future Leader Program is a true team experience. We not only bring together a lot of experts and experience to support the young talents in their daily work. Alessia Moscato, Christina Thomadaki, Melina Gogol, Leah Alina Stein, Lea Blanke and Julia Marquardt also live together in an apartment near the Hamburg Meile store to make memories for a lifetime together.
