Hello! This September I'll be running the Richmond 10K, from Kew Gardens to Richmond Park, in aid of Liver Ireland Support Network (LISN). I'll be running in memory of my uncle, Brendan, a founding member and passionate advocate for LISN. LISN is a non profit voluntary organisation providing resources and support for liver transplant patients and their families. Run by inspiring individuals who were once in need of a transplant themselves, they now help others navigate this journey. ✨ Organ Donor Awareness Week 2025 – Officially Launched! ✨ This morning, we had the honour of attending the launch of Organ Donor Awareness Week at the Mansion House—an incredibly impactful and inspiring event organised by our wonderful friends at the Irish Kidney Association 💚 Although the week officially runs from May 10th to May 17th, today’s launch set the tone for what promises to be a powerful week of awareness, reflection, and gratitude. From heartfelt stories to powerful messages of hope, the event highlighted the life-changing impact of organ donation. 👏 A huge well done to all the speakers who bravely shared their journeys—your voices truly matter. And a very special shout-out to our own Chairwoman, Avril Whitty (FCCA), who spoke so beautifully about her experience as a liver transplant recipient. We’re so proud.
