STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) is a professional organisation which aims to improve public understanding of the issues families face in relation to inheritance and succession planning, and to promote education and high professional standards among its members.

At Howes Percival, we are proud to have several members of STEP on our team who work with families and individuals to help them with the often complex issues surrounding trusts, estates and inheritance.

All qualified Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEPs) are subject to an extensive code of professional conduct, requiring them to act with integrity and in a manner that inspires the confidence, respect and trust of their clients and the wider community. With this in mind, you can rest assured that our TEPs will act in your best interests and are up to date with the latest legal, technical and regulatory developments.
