In Sussex there is a wide range of services available to support people needing help with their mental health, delivered by different organisations and providers, which can sometimes make it complicated for people to find and access the information and help appropriate to their need.

This survey is aimed at people who may need support and help with their mental health, as well as their family, friends, and carers. We want to gather this insight to improve how easily people can find and access appropriate local mental health services.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete - please answer as honestly as possible; there are no right or wrong answers to any of the questions asked. Closing date for the survey is Sunday, 25 May.

The results of the data collected will be used to improve the presentation and content of information about local mental health support services across Sussex.

Please note: the survey is anonymous, and all data collected will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with GDPR regulations. If you have any questions, you can contact us by emailing spft.communications@nhs.net.

Thank you for your help. It's very much appreciated.
