Prior to that I worked for Gordon Ramsay as a senior development chef. It was a role that allowed me to balance creativity with a healthier work-life rhythm after many years in restaurants.
I spent several intense and formative years in Sweden as sous chef at the three Michelin-starred Restaurant Frantzén, honing my skills at the highest level.
My Scandinavian journey began in Copenhagen at the two Michelin-starred Restaurant AOC, where I became the youngest female head chef of a two Michelin-starred restaurant in the world - an achievement I remain deeply proud of.
Food has taken me across countries, kitchens, and challenges, but my love for it remains constant.
