About Me

Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier crossbreed
Colour: Black & White
Age: 3 Years (approx)
Ref: 253320

Xena came into Rspca care because her owners were not longer able to keep her.

Xena is happy to walk along with dogs but she really does not like them invading her space, she much happier concentrating on her person and their food. Xena would not like dogs running up to her off the lead, so she will need to walk in places where they are not other dogs off the lead. Xena will need to stay on lead in public so for this reason she will need access to her own large private secure garden with 6ft fencing for off lead plays as she loves footballs and playing with people. Adopters should also look into renting a secure field a few times a week so that Xena can still benefit from a big off lead.

Xena is a young dog full on energy, so she will need an active home and will need owners that can physically hold her. Xena loves training and food, so would benefit from attending reward based training classes. Xena is a typical Staffie and loves people and cuddles, she can be a bit full on so can live with older secondary school age children, we could go lower if the children are used to living with bouncy dogs. Xena would benefit from a home that has owned bullbreeds before.

Xena will need someone based at home to begin with and then will need a gradual build up to being left. She may need a refresher in housetraining and car travel training.

Xena is a lovely girl full of life and happy energy, if you could offer her a new forever home, please send in an application form.
