Two of London’s most celebrated hospitality operators, Crisp Pizza and the team behind The Devonshire, are joining forces to open The Marlborough, reimagining a Grade II listed Mayfair pub that has served the community for nearly 150 years. Located at 24 North Audley Street, we have lovingly restored the building, including repairing 2,000 sq. ft. of its historic terracotta façade and delivering new apartments on the upper floors. Set to open in October, Marlborough has undergone a thorough redesign, offering visitors a traditional pub on the ground floor, featuring The Devonshire’s signature system for Guinness, while the downstairs will be dedicated to Crisp Pizza. Driven by strong retail and leisure demand, our London portfolio achieved 97.5% occupancy in the first half of 2025, with 62 new leases signed across Mayfair and Belgravia. That’s a wrap on this year’s cross-sector intern experience. Over the past three weeks, 26 interns from across Grosvenor, British Land, Landsec, Hammerson, SEGRO plc, and GPE came together for a unique programme exploring the breadth of careers in real estate - building lasting connections and gaining valuable insight into how the industry works. From sustainability and placemaking to investment and development, each session was designed to inspire, inform, and broaden horizons - offering early talent the chance to learn directly from industry leaders and each other.
